Overview
PTR Design and Build are a construction company based in the Midlands and have been trading for over 9 years. In this time we have refined our craft to specialise in both groundworks and brickwork.
We are a reliable company with a history of excellent work and take pride in the detail and quality of the work we carry out. We will always go above and beyond to ensure the quality of work sets us apart from our competitors and ensures our clients are happy with the work completed.
We have a diverse workforce who are experienced and qualified in their area of expertise. We ensure all the workforce are up to date on relevant training, legislation and company policies.
We are members of professional bodies such as CHAS and Construction line. In some of our recent work we have built schools, leisure facilities, new houses and large residential homes along with extensions and other general building construction.
All levels of our site operatives and supervisors are qualified under The Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS), The Construction Plant Competence Scheme (CPCS) or Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS).

PTR Design & Build are proud to be accredited by the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme. This demonstrates that PTR complies with the required standard of health and safety legislation.
Construction Line
Constructionline – UK Register of Pre-Qualified Construction Services. We are proud to show our Gold Membership status, which demonstrates our ability to simplify procurement tasks, reduce risk, keep pace with legislation.
LABC Warranty
LABC Warranty works in partnership with Local Authority Building Control (LABC) to provide structural warranties. The unique partnership with LABC allows the ability to provide building control and warranties throughout England and Wales. We are proud to offer LABC Warranty with all our new build projects, this provides the technical support and pragmatic approach for all site inspections to allow us to deliver quality homes and protect our customers.

ISO 9001:2015 is the most recent revision of the ISO 9001 Quality Management Standard. By obtaining and maintain our ISO 9001 status, this demonstrates our infrastructure and implementation of a quality management system, which streamlines our company processes to create a customer and quality-focused business, to allow us to deliver projects at the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
ISO14001
ISO 14001:2015 is the most recent revision of the ISO 14001 Environmental Management Standard. By obtaining and maintain our ISO 14001 status, this was put in place to help mitigate our environmental impact as a company. We have implemented a framework of processes that help identify, assess, manage and monitor our business’ operations and help monitor our environmental impact and reduce our carbon footprint.
